In order to lead a healthy lifestyle, proper balanced nutrition is essential, which must comprise of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and good fats. A well balanced diet is a pre requisite for keeping us in good health.

Nuts, dried fruits and seeds are a natural source of the nutrition required to keep you healthy. They can also be easily incorporated in our daily diet either as snacks or as breakfast, replenishing our body with the essential nutrition.

Dried Fruits

Dried fruits are typically high in fibre and complex carbohydrates and contain many of the minerals and vitamins necessary for vitality and life. The health benefits of eating dried fruit makes it an essential part of everyday balanced diet.

Nuts

Nuts are seeds that are covered with a hard shell. Most are the seeds of trees, but there are seeds of a few other plants that are not strictly nuts. Nuts in general are very nutritious, providing protein and many essential vitamins, such as A and E, and minerals, such as phosphorous and potassium, and fibre.

Seeds

Can be eaten raw or cooked and delicious when toasted and sprinkled on salads. They are rich in protein, iron, zinc and phosphorous.
